What Can You Do With 10 Minutes A Day?

As we near the end of 2022 you may be filled with regret for all the things you hoped to achieve this year but haven’t managed to get done. I know, life goes fast, it’s full and there will have been all sorts of unexpected things thrown in the way along your journey through 2022. But it’s not over year and I’m sure if you gave yourself just 10 minutes a day for the next 5 weeks that you could do something that would make you feel wonderful at the end of the year.

I love this discipline of making things happen in 10 minutes a day. It’s like magic! And I am definitely committing to it for the next 5 weeks (with a little break on Christmas Day!) because I know it will help me to end 2022 and start 2023 feeling really inspired and energised.

I am going to read The Rainbow Way, Cultivating Creativity in the Midst of Motherhood by Lucy H. Pearce using 10 minutes a day every lunchtime.

I am also hoping to get started on a Winter quilt project by committing an additional 10 minutes a day to that but I’m going to do a week with The Rainbow Way first to get into my flow. I might save the quilting for after Christmas because I could also be wrapping presents or writing card for 10 minutes a day and try to avoid the Christmas Eve panic. Let’s see!

I cannot recommend 10 minutes a day enough though. I think you should give it a go and see what magic and joy you can create for yourself. Enjoy! xo
