My Summer Self-Care Basket

I have shared my love of baskets for my own self-care and creativity and for children’s activities before. In the holidays these are simply brilliant for keeping things together, enabling you to take care of yourself, be creative and keep children occupied and happy. And there is something about it being in a basket that makes it even more joyful and happy! Don’t worry though, you can use anything from an empty shoe box to a plastic bag. The idea is that you gather things and keep them together, so you can make the most of the time you have or source things for bored children before the become bored and frustrated children.

Here are some of the things I’m putting in my basket for the Summer holidays 2023.

Self Care Co. Candle - when the house smells good, the chaos, clutter and mess definitely bother me less!

Live Love Lightly flower essence - this is one of my absolute favourite flower essence blends from lovely Saskia.

100 Day Goal Journal - this is going to keep me moving in a way that flows with our Summer

I am really looking forward to reading these two books, Tomorrow, Tomorrow, Tomorrow and Sacred Nature. I’ll hopefully read more but let’s see. I have plenty more to reach for if I do finish these!

And finally this beautiful journal that is full of creative inspiration.

I am sure I will find some other treats as we go through the Summer but this is a lovely place to begin!
