Come and join me for an evening of creativity and connection from the comfort of your own home.

A monthly circle held on a Saturday evening to help you feel a little less alone and a lot more connected. Doing something with your hands from your heart will help you to connect with your emotions, release anxiety and help you to change the way you feel about being home alone at the weekend.

Each month will have a different focus and I will send you all the information you need to gather things in advance. We will have a little space for a meditation and sharing too.

7-9pm - do not feel you have to join on time or stay for the full two hours. It is your space but I will be holding it for you for the full two hours and I am really looking forward to it.
