You will receive a new video each Monday and Friday from 1st May to 23rd June.
You can watch these at any time to suit you until the end of August 2023.

There will be a Facebook Group to ask questions, connect with other people and share images. Additional inspiration will be added into the group throughout the 8 weeks. There will be a Live Workshop on June 6th. this will be recorded if you can’t make it live.
