A Visit To A Peony Farm

I started this month by fulfilling a dream that I’ve had for a long time and I got to visit a beautiful Peony Farm in Kent with a group of wonderful, creative women. What a joy!

Peonies have been my favourite flowers for about 20 years and there were in my wedding bouquet, so this was special for many reasons.

Blacker and More’s farm is open to the public for two weekends a year (1st & 2nd, 8th & 9th June 2019) and it’s well worth a visit. We took a train to Bearsted and then got a taxi to the farm. I would recommend booking a taxi in advance if you want to go this way.
