Creating Time for Connection - Circle of the Rose

My dear friend Elisa and I have run several of our Circle of the Rose women’s circles now and I feel that each one connects us deeper to the Rose and to the importance and value of bringing women together. I am so looking forward to our Spring Circle on Saturday 20th April here in Frome. It is such a treat that we hold our circles in the beautiful meditation room in Elisa’s home, where the river runs close by and the birds sing in the trees opposite.

Our circles are three hours long, which is a beautiful amount of time for you to really connect with yourself, with the other women and with the Rose. There is something so very special and important about women gathering together in circle. It’s a space where all of you is welcome, where you can share and be heard, and listen and support simply with you presence.

In our time together we have time for sharing with each other, both in the circle itself and during our tea break, which allows for more relaxed forms of connection too. I love the combination and how one flows into the other.

During our meditation we connect with the Rose and with our hearts and this is followed by time for journalling, which is such a wonderful way to capture things you may not have realised or been paying attention to. Giving yourself this time for a longer circle and connection time really helps you to uncover things you can then explore further during the weeks following the circle.

In addition for time for talking, listening, meditation and journalling, we share some special practices like drinking Rose tea and taking Rose flower essence, so that you can keep connecting with the Rose once you are back home. I also love sharing some of my favourite botanical and self-care books.

Finally, we end with a relaxing crystal bowl sound bath and light language to enable you to integrate and rest, so that you leave feeling really supported and nourished by this renewed connection with yourself, connection with other beautiful women and with the power, strength and beauty of the Rose.

Our April and July dates are available to book now.
Places are limited to 8.
