A Day With The Flowers : New Workshop

I am beyond excited to announce that this Autumn I will be running workshops again. It feels like forever since I held a workshop and I really cannot wait to sharing in person again very soon.
Over the past few years I have been on the most beautiful, as well as challenging, journey of spiritual growth and discovery. During this time three things have kept me grounded, helped me to grow and enabled my soul, body and mind to sing; Ritual, Creativity and Nature.
Moving to Somerset last Summer has embedded me even more deeply into these practices and helped me to begin to really step into the work I am here to do.
Having taught creative workshops for many years, I feel so happy to begin this new chapter of my work and sharing with three workshops that will be held in my home in Frome. These workshops will be for a maximum of 5 people each, which I think is a lovely number for connection and inspiration.

A Day With The Flowers : Ritual, Creativity and Connection.

Come and spend the day in Frome, Somerset with Emily Quinton and the flowers. Learn about simple, beautiful rituals to help ground you and connect to the flowers through creative meditation and photography.

Emily has taken photographs of flowers for over 20 years and loves sharing her passion for turning this creative practice into a meditation, connecting you to your creativity, to the beautiful energy of the flowers and to the Earth.

For the past few years Emily has developed her own practice of daily, monthly and seasonal rituals that are deeply connected to nature. During the workshop she will be sharing some of these with you.

The aim of this workshop is to provide you with a beautiful, inspiring space to connect with yourself, nature and creativity. At the end of the day you will be heading home with ideas, techniques and rituals to continue your own practice.

There will be two workshops this Autumn. Each will be similar but will move through the season responding to nature and the light as we journey towards Winter.

These workshops are welcome to all but I will be sharing some of the challenges I face as a mother of highly sensitive children, so there will be some additional benefits to parents and carers in a similar position to me.

10am-2pm
£77 (payment plans available if spreading the cost is helpful. Please email.)

Drinks and light refreshments included. Please bring lunch with you or you could enjoy the refreshments provided and wander into Frome town centre for a late lunch at the end of the workshop.
