Creative Gratitude Practice : A Free Short Course

Hello lovely ones! I have been really quiet over here for the past few weeks because I’ve been busy centring myself and working out what I can offer to the world during this crazy, difficult and unknown time. I’ve also needed to build up my reserves of love, positivity and creativity because I just knew I would need extra amounts to support my family and to share with you. And now I’m ready…! We are actually now in self-isolation for two weeks because one of my boys and I have coughs, so it feels the perfect time to begin to share.

To start, I have made a little free course for you all about Creative Gratitude Practice. My aim with this is to help you think of ways that you can combine gratitude and creativity to boost their powers of positivity and joy. This is extra important when we are faced with tricky times.
